Gill and Spore Mushroom Farm was founded in the Fall of 2022 in Louisburg, NC. We have been proudly growing a variety of fresh, specialty mushrooms in an indoor, climate controlled environment. Depending on the season, we grow a handful of Oyster mushroom varieties, Lion's Mane, King Trumpet, Shiitake, and Chestnut mushrooms. 

 

It has truly been our pleasure to serve local restaurants, natural food stores, and the local community around us the delicious (and nutritious) mushrooms that we produce.
